"Now more than ever, it feels like the right time to be embarking on my journey as an MPH student in the Department of Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been incredibly refreshing to return to the classroom (both virtually and in-person) and engage in important conversations about the many pressing public health issues our country currently faces.
I am immensely grateful for the James W. Curran Scholarship. Receiving this support empowered me to seek opportunities to make a positive impact at Rollins and in the community more broadly."
